What if I’m a small non-profit and can’t afford your work?
For the quality of work we do, our rates are simply the best out there. But we realize many progressive organizations don’t have Koch-type money to throw around. Contact us, and we’ll see what we can work out.
Is the video archived after the live event, or is it just gone?
YouTube stores the video, so that when the event ends, it’s automatically treated by YouTube as a regular video upload, ready to rewatch forever. We also make a recording on our computer during the event which tends to be slightly higher-quality; we can get that to you as well.
My event is… complicated. How flexible are you?
Very. We’ve done everything from a simple hour-long press conference at one podium to a 3-hour mobile stream marching along with hundreds of thousands of people. You can plan it, we can almost surely stream it.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Usually no. In most cases we send an invoice immediately after the event. For larger projects, especially for groups we’ve not worked with before, we may request a down payment.
